SHIPPING, RETURNS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

We will accept returns 30 days from the date you placed your order for non food items.  Just follow these steps for a quick and easy refund.
RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA CANNOT BE PROCESSED OR REFUNDED
Step 1 - Verify your return

 

  •  Contact us within 48 hours to receive a Return Authorization.
  •  Items must be in ORIGINAL, SELLABLE CONDITION and have ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND PRODUCT PACKAGING
  •  Item must be clean
  •  Items returned within 15 days of purchase may be refunded via store credit or the original credit card
  •  Items returned within 16 - 30 days will be refunded by store credit only
WE CANNOT REFUND PAYMENT ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FOR WHICH THE CUSTOMER HAS REFUSED DELIVERY
UNLESS THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPMENT
Returns that don't meet the above criteria will be returned to you at your expense.
Step 2 - Send it back

 

  •  Package the item securely
  •  Ship to the address provided in the Return Authorization Form
  •  Include your packing slip, or order number and the Return Authorization information
  •  Obtain and record the shipment tracking number from the carrier

 

Your credit card will be issued a credit after we verify the items meet the above criteria.  We DO NOT REFUND your original shipping or return shipping charges.  Please allow 7 - 10 business days after your return is received for your
credit to appear on your account.
 
Exchanges - due to differences in price and to assure that items are in stock, we do not offer product exchanges.  Instead, please send your items back according to the above instructions and then place your brand-new order for the product(s)you want as a replacement, or wait for your store credit before doing so.  We'll get your new order out right away.
NO REFUND ON FOOD PRODUCTS UNLESS MANUFACTURED DEFECT.
If you subscribe no cancellation before 3 months due to the discount given or 50 Dollar cancellation fee
